Daddy Time

Josh has been fortunate to be able to take a paternity leave this spring to spend time with Beckett.  They have a  ton of fun playing together.  Here is a video of daddy making Beckett laugh...

Rice Cereal!

Our little nugget had his first taste of rice cereal a couple of weeks ago and he is LOVING it!  No surprise there...he's a hungry boy!  We plan on trying other foods real soon!

4 months!

Beckett is 4 months old today!  We went in for his 4 month check-up and he is a whopping 20 pounds 13 ounces and 29 inches long...a healthy and happy little nugget! Check out some 4 month shots...

Puppy Love

Our lovely 4 pound dog Bean has decided that she is going to be fully obsessed with Beckett.  She has her eyes on him all the time and follows us anywhere we take him.  It is pretty cute, and Beckett doesn't seem to mind.  Check out the fabulous video we shot of the tiny best friends tonight!

First Exersaucer Ride!

Today Becks had his first ride in his exersaucer! He was a little overwhelmed at first with all the fun accessories and colors, but I think he will end up loving it!  Check out the pics and video!

Baptism!

Today was a very special day for our little man...Beckett was baptized!  He was baptized at St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Bloomington at the 9:45am service.  His godparents are Uncle Erik and Auntie Jen.  He was a little champ...no tears or anything throughout the whole service.  After the service we had a great brunch reception at Grandma and Grandpa Have's house.  What a memorable and special day!

Easter, Family Fun & 3 Months!

It has been a busy month in the life of Beckett!  Where has April gone?  Below are some of this month's highlights...enjoy!

Our Easter egg hunt happened to fall on the same day as the Twins opener...so we had to go with the Twins Bunny combo.

3 Months Old!

First Trip to the Cabin!

This past weekend we had a very monumental event...it was Beckett's first trip to the cabin!  We noted several times that he has no idea how lucky he is that he will basically be spending his life's summers at this glorious place! We all enjoyed spending time with the whole family! Check out some pictures below!

2 Months!

Beckett's 2 month mark happens to fall right in the middle of March Madness! It could be a sign of things to come!  I think we have a future baller on our hands! 

8 Weeks!

We just had our 8 week doctor's appointment.  Beckett is doing great.  He is a whopping 16 lbs. 6 oz. and a staggering 26 1/4 inches long...OFF THE CHARTS!  This came as no surprise since he was 10+ lbs. at birth.  We feel very blessed to have such a happy and healthy little boy.  Check out some 8 week pictures below...

Bean the Machine

About two weeks ago, we found that when Beckett is upset, Bean becomes very concerned and howls!  In good scientific fashion, we Googled to find out why Bean would do this.  We found out that this is rather common and is a way for her to help us try to soothe him.  I guess it's the therapy dog in her.  We have been trying to catch this event for a while.  With such a happy baby....this is hard to do.  This morning, a full diaper combined with ravenous hunger created the perfect storm.  Check out Bean the machine...

6 Weeks Old!

First Walk

 Last weekend was freakishly nice...45 degrees in February!? We had to take advantage of the great weather by taking Beckett for his first walk!  He absolutely loved it.  He fell asleep so hard that we stopped twice to make sure he was still breathing!
